General.
Must be 15 years old at the time of filing, unless currently in removal proceedings or have a final removal or voluntary departure order. You must meet the following requirements:
Criminal bars.
You will not be considered for DACA if you have been convicted of: (1) A felony offense; (2) significant misdemeanor offense; or (3) three or more other misdemeanor offenses not occurring on the same date and not arising out of the same act, omission, or scheme of misconduct
Continuous residence.
Brief, casual and innocent travel outside the U.S. before Aug. 15, 2012 will not interrupt continuous residence. Any travel outside the United States after Aug. 15, 2012, and before we decide your request for DACA, will break continuous residence.
